although there hasn't been a ruling, the judge has postponed sentencing, I think till September. Legal analysts I've heard say this means he's not going to accept the plea deal because it's way too lenient.
He's giving the lawyers a chance to go back and renegotiate, probably for jail time or names of higher ups to trade for the leniency. They say that's the only way to read a postponement of a plea agreement based sentencing. I hope Sandy Burglar goes for option B.

I dislike the word "never".....but I'd say the odds are in favor of that never happening. Too many people have rolled over for the Clinton's....
