I can't believe I used to rather like Pat Buchanan. That was long before he revealed his vindictive sourpussness though.

Me too, but after 9/11/01 Buchanan started to lose it. On September 20, 2001 he wrote a column called
"U.S. Pays High Price of Empire" where he basically blamed the terrorist attacks on us. Then, after the war started in Iraq, Buchanan completely went kooky.

I can't believe I used to rather like Pat Buchanan. That was long before he revealed his vindictive sourpussness though. I remember liking Buchanan back in the late 80's reading his columns in the NY Post. There wasn't much else available back then. That was even before Rush. I liked Buchanan enough that I supported him against Bush Sr. in 1992.
That was then, this is now. Buchanan is nothing more than a MSM insider using the same tactics of misinformation to promote his cause.
But that tactic doesn't last very long. Pat has become a bit overused. Witness, our revulsion of him. So watch out for Tancredo. He's Pat's boy now. Both are hip-deep in MSM misinformation. Both will be used by the MSM to split conservatives.
