Castro's just a pathetic old Commie tyrant. He's the longtime darling of the Left for some odd reason and he has believed his own press.

Time for him to be put to sleep.

Nothing like a hurricane to bring out the anger in people. In this instance, the anger is fully justified. I almost hope they get nailed with 3 more this summer so that he is further exposed for the monster that he is.

Sometimes, the second-last liberofascist regime in the world needs a Divine nudge to tip it over the edge...

That's a good point. Hurricane season has barely started. This is castro's long hot summer.

I'm a hard-liner on Castro and any Communist dictatorship. Clearly, the only relief will be caused by taking him out. The appeasers, fellow travelers in the US and the DNC have what they want--live with it. After Kennedy didn't back up the Bay of Pigs effort, forget it.

It's simple .. all cowards long for the opportunity to TAKE OVER a country and make everybody a slave to their demands. It's how liberals think. Don't believe them when they tell you they want everybody to have liberty - it's really just the opposite.

A good opportunity for the US to make a very public offer
of aid, maybe move an aircraft carrier in to help.

Simple. Historically, Castro embodied the adolescent fantasy of leftists everywhere, that is a successful homegrown revolution, and subsequent efforts to export that revolution to his neighbors.

That all fizzled out long ago, but Castro's enduring status as a sex aid among the left is that they perceive him as having successfully resisted and defied the Colossus to the North.

Yes Castro is the friend of pathetic old anti-Americans like that Nimrod Jimmuh Goobers Carter, Murdering Ted Kennedy, Presidente/Dictator Chavez, The Democratic Party leadership, ACLU, HollyWeird and any other subversive group not mentioned.

The country may deteriorate to the level of Haiti after this summer's storms, not withstanding Cuba's higher level of education/indoctrination.
