This is the major reason why I either go straight to the utility or merchant in question, or buy money orders from the post office and mail the bill right there on the premises.

One of my former co-workers, and several people in my church have been victims of mail and identity theft.

Meth abuse is a self-correcting problem. If the idiots don't blow themselves to smithereens cooking off a batch, they drastically shorten their lives using it. Too bad it doesn't work faster, though.
