This type of autocratic citizen torture is practiced all over the globe, so who would be surprised that the internationally-correct federal goverment chooses similar methods?

>>The forced medication was designed to correct Sell's attitude toward the government. Sell seemed to think the government was out to get him, and the government wanted to drug him to get him to change his mind.<<

In my view the man has realistic concerns.

>>>Earlier this year, a government psychologist declared Sell mentally fit for trial. Apparently, that medical opinion was unsatisfactory to Sell's persecutors, and to everyone's surprise that government psychologist reversed his diagnosis without re-examining him, and declared Sell unfit for trial.

An independent psychiatrist then confirmed Sell's own view that he was fit for trial, and the court agreed and scheduled a trial for Nov. 29. But on Nov. 22, lawyers insisted Sell was not ready for trial and persuaded a judge to cancel it. <<<<

Just to clarify on this thread, a psychologist is not MEDICAL. A psychiatrist IS MEDICAL.

This whole article is very odd.

But it appears that the government is doing everything it can to prevent a trial of Sell that would expose the record of this case.

This is common practice amongst cops nowadays, believe it or not. Usualy the smart arses let the perp they like (women) take the videos from the one they do not and then slaping a restraining order in order to keep evidence out.

...another good one by Phyllis Schlafly. The following was also interesting. And yes, sometimes, the truth is harder than a lie for some people to believe.

Charles Thomas Sell, D.D.S., to be released on Alford plea

I have a sneaking suspicion that he's representing himself without defense counsel because there was no mention of it in the article.

Nothing illegal or wrong with that, but you'd think he'd get some outside legal and psychiatric help since it's his mental capacity that's being challenged.
