Are you sure there's a difference? Mark 10:18 And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? [there is] none good but one, [that is], God.

I think the definition has shifted over the centuries. The Book uses 'good' to mean what we would now call 'perfect'. Now days, good means better than average...
