One of my friends in grade school was raised by dogs. They weren't wild or anything, I mean, they were housebroken, but I still hated to go over to his place.

I saw a documentary about a lot of people (specifically in Russia) being raised by dogs.
They still behaved liked dogs, too, chasing imaginary tales, making certain expressions, etc.

leading to an invitation to the girl to appear on a Moscow talk show "So, Naida, how was it being raised by dogs?"
"Ruff!"
"What's on top of your house?"
"Roof!"

A local police officer in Kazan reported the case to authorities, leading to an invitation to the girl to appear on a Moscow talk show.
"What's on the top of a house?"
"ROOF!"
"Who's the greatest ballplayer of all time?"
"RUTH!"
"How would you describe sandpaper?"
"RUFF!"

I suppose she'll use that as an excuse to act like a real bitch.

How very sad that the animals are apparently parenting the children better than their own parents. Just as sad, the neighbors were aware of her plight, referred to her by a common dog's name. I hope someone tried to intervene or help her prior to this, but it doesn't seem so.

I saw a show on TV about this a while back, it was quite interesting. The kid's parents had abandoned him so he lived by himself in an apartment building or something, and slept at night with the stray dogs.

And should'nt be allowed to raise children.
Geez,
it's so obvious that this is a story created by the Family Court System.
