Or worse. Wilson never wrote a report on his African adventure. I am starting to wonder it his little trip was actually approved by Washington or if it was something he did on his own. What is the penalty for impersonating a special envoy?

I can't believe Wilson didn't write a report. The CIA is a bureaucracy, after all. How could he get away with not writing a report?
