Sorry to break your delusion but I'm not repeating anybody's "talking points". I'm sorry but this is how I see it - when the whole thing began months ago, people speculated it was Rove. And all these people came forward and said "no way". They all said Rove would not do such a thing. And Rove said nothing. The CIA hired a special prosecutor, the thing got bigger. Rove said nothing. A huge investigation began. Rove said nothin. A reporter went to jail, it got even bigger. Rove said nothing. And then it comes out that it was Rove.

Now if Rove had come forward and said "My bad, I take responsibility back in the beginning." I would have respected the guy. But to let others defend him and take the heat while he kept silent - that's a sleazeball. Clinton was a sleazeball (among other things) because he did the same thing (among other things).

He could have saved a lot of people a lot of trouble if he had been upfront months ago.

I believe he did sign a release form allowing any conversation on this matter to be public. Besides, Novak had written the original story. Apparently Rove heard this info from another reporter so maybe he would not have known if he was the original "leaker" or not. In fact as I see it and I may be wrong I think he believed that was pretty common knowledge at that point at least for the beltway. I suspect that more information will come out about all of this. You know there was a concerted effort on the part of the Dems and coordinated through the media to get this President at all costs so I am willing to cut some slack for a "Sleazy" act though I am NOT convinced at this point it was even that.

I'll say it before and I'll say it again.

The real leaker was found. He has been fired. It was not Karl Rove.

It was George Tenet.

Karl Rove maintained his innocence because he is innocent. What part of that can you not understand? Do you really trust an email written by Mandy Grunwald's husband more than you trust Karl Rove?

This happened YEARS ago.

So did the investigation.

A year and 1/2 ago, Rove signed a release and sent it to Cooper and his lawyer!

"MY BAD"? How old are you and do you live in a ghetto slum?

Since Rove never breathed the name, "VALERIE PLAME", which appeared in a column by Robert Novak, which is actually what began this whole thing, and Novak isn't the one now screaming publicly...ROVE TOLD ME, ROVE TOLD ME, you're wrong many times over.

A reporter, Miller, has gone top jail because she is refusing to talk to the special investigator and it's apparently NOT about Karl Rove!

Sorry to break YOUR delusion, but it always helps to know the topic, before you chime in with FACTLESS garbage.

You have no idea what you are talking about. Who do you think we are dealing with? He did not come out saying he did anything because he did not out anyone. You need to stop crying in your cheerios and act like you have enough sense to come in out of the rain. You may as well be Eleanor Clift,or Bob Schrum, or Carville,Susan Estrich,Colmes. The dirty dems know that Bush/Rove cannot say anything until after the grand Jury disbands in Sept,so they have a whole Summer to get lightweights like you to help do their dirty work. You ought to be ashamed. You cannot possibly be that dense about the dirty dems and their filthy games.

Are you aware that Rove signed a waiver back in Dec 2003? Are you aware of the fact that he has testified in front of th GJ at least 3 times already? Rove has cooperated. Also, Rove has been ordered by the SP not to publicly discuss this. Do you want him to be held in contempt merely to satisfy your curiosity? A reporter went to jail because she refuses to reveal her source, how is that Rove's fault? And Rove was NOT Miller's source. Since the revelation came out this morning that Novak knew before he talked to Rove, it only reinforces my belief that Miller was the one peddling the story for Wilson/Plame to set up Rove.
