The question is did it happen. We do know there are witnesses (plural). Remember, Natalee pushed Joran away the final time, and if they were standing close that may have been his reflex to hit a low blow which only a few would have seen.

Most definitely. There wasn't evidence of her entering the hotel or the Casino area on any video camera.

I'm still confused about the statement one of the MB students made that said something like "I am just going to leave it at we saw her there". I thought she was referring to the HI or the HI area?

When they were first bringing in Croes for questioning, some identified him as an EMT because someone of that name had purchased an EMT book from Amazon. Turned out that Croes was actually a DJ on a boat.

Rip, I'd feel more comfortable going down the road of the asthma attack if Beth would only confirm that Nat had an inhaler with her on the trip.

Yes it is possible that noone saw Joran punch her but at some point that evening Joran likely caused Natalee's death since he already admitted "we buried her". I think that confession is why he's still in jail.
