Mountain Brook High School graduate Natalee Holloway went missing May 30 during a senior trip to Aruba. AP photo
Some of the posts on SM are getting way , way out there.
One of the posters suggests that the Twitty family planted the tape/hair to frame Joran, another post claims that Jug is an executive at AmSouth, which isnt true he is a manager at a steel co and his brother is a exec.
It seems the stories are just getting wilder by the minute.
Finally saw the video. He sort of tapped the hood of the car twice, it was not a slam but not a touch. It didn't look like a temper fit to me. I don't know what to make of it. But it was not a rage I saw.
How did you get that pic?
Looks like the same fabric on the bottom of the skirt. Wish we had a close up of the skirt to see if it has white stripes at the bottom.
Just finally read all your posts. I don't think it is from nat's outfit.
I read that. A first time poster. The dutch seem to have their flying monkeys all over a couple of boards. Did you read all the facts about duct tape? How individual each roll is, and how easily traceable it is?
Ha, good job, good answer, that would dismiss that theory. Unbeleivable!
It just keeps getting more wild by the minute.
CG..the fabric was worth investigating. Keep in mind that WET fabric is usually a different or deeper color than when original (well, most of the time)..I do a lot of laundry :)
Tex Kat, you are doing an amazing job. Thank you so much.
Natalee was wearing the top and skirt you see in the picture.
We'll know something definite today about the material and the duct tape hair, I hope.
sw
I still think that Natalee is no where on the island.
1. Joran gambles for big $$$ and loses big. He owes somebody alot of money.
2. He agrees to deliver a blonde teenager to the beach in exchange for canceling the debt. [Note: Joran paid no attention to Natalee at the casino, but only later did he suddenly become interested]
3. Natalee is drugged or intoxicated and goes to the beach with Joran and the Kalpoes.
4. Someone is waiting for her and she is whisked off to a boat to Venezuela, the Middle East or somewhere else as a sex slave.
....
You've been reading too many Grisham novels.
There's no way a 17 year old gets involved with the mob and the international sex trade. He's a poser that gambles, gets drunk, and gets high with daddy's money. He's the guy in locker room that is all talk about his "conquests". He looks the the typical suburban teenager trying to act tough. He's all show and no go.
Having said that, Natalee is probably dead and he probably knows why.
That fabric looks like bleached out denim. She had on a denim skirt. It also looked thick like denim in the picture posted.
I thought they said it would take about a week to get the results of the hair dna. I came in late to the news so I don't know if that's accurate. I also heard that PVDS is denying having made the "no body, no crime" statement. I thought he'd already admitted it and called it general advice??

Who's making fun? Where is Dan Rather now? I'm talking about how few understand what is coming down on them when Fox News and Free Republic come down hard on them. If Fox News understood that and struck up an alliance with FR and stopped being so damned fair and balanced, they would strike a gold mine of power.
You are looking at the blue jean shorts pant leg of the guy holding the piece of green fabric.
So much disinformation out there. I suspect the Aruban Judges are not hearing the same things we are.
Who knows?
Good Morning TexKat. I've not seen that photo before. Her anguish is raw.
