I think I also heard Tim Miller say they were going to walk the beach tomorrow to see if the storms brought anything else up to shore.
LOL
:)
The person who found the bone and turned it in to LE contacted the family, or Greta to see if they had heard anything on results. Nobody contacted had heard it had even been turned in
That's really sad. Beth Twitty looks like she's on her last nerve. I feel so bad for her.
Jrabbit,
are you always this serious, this insistent in everyday life? Put a lid to it.
We are all here to learn.
And...speaking of lids, I think I'm gonna close the lid for tonight and go to bed.
I'd like to think I've revitalized the thread here. And I think it's a good think.
I'll come back when I learn a bit about this case so I can make more intelligent, thoughtful and reasoned comments.
I think if we put our collective minds together, we can actually break this case. I'm confident of that.
I heard Tim mention it tonight, too.
The response from LE was that the person who needed to examine it was on vacation and that it wouldn't be looked at until the middle of next week. Geez..
What's a kalpoe?
Good night y'all.
You wrote: "What's a kalpoe? "
So much to learn, so little time. Sleep tight. See ya tomorrow.
Here's something interesting.
"Skeleton Cave, which can be entered between the coast and an enormous piece of broken rock, got its name when human bones were found here. It has not been established if they were from the Indians that lived in Aruba's caves long ago."
Skeleton Cave is # 4 on the map:

I've looked at other posts you've made on FR. Why are you playing so dumb on this thread?
Sorry, but I don't plan on being collective with your mind. Unless I'm drunk. I'm confident of that.
I'm confident of my DITTO.
Yes, and I will always be the queen.
Good night and good riddance.
Thanks. That is interesting.
I laughed at "It has not been established...". Aruba can't seem to establish anything!
Good thingking, JRabbit. I went and checked out his posts on other threads. They guy is messing around in here for some reason.. Maybe he was bored?
Do you remember if they searched the caves?
Greetings, I've been reading Discussion 49 and people brought up some questions such as "the phone call" and "the beheaded guy in the cemetery." I've posted on Scared Monkeys so I'm gonna copy some info to post here.
THESE ARE MY OWN PERSONAL THEORIES
THE BEHEADED GUY IN THE CEMETERY
There is a crematorium / incinerator located at the oil refinery. A good deal of Aruba's trash is taken there to be burned.
A few days after Natalee went missing, a decapitated man was found dumped in a cemetery. There were a lot of theories about this, i.e., the Mafia was "telling people" to keep their mouths shut. And then they arrested his wife.
Paulus has a lot of connections, right? I would think legit, as well as criminal. Paulus stored Natalee's body for a short while and had the crematorium burn her.
The decapitated man found in the cemetery is the man that ran the crematorium at the refinery. This is not speculation. It's a fact. Mr. Rene van Heyningen is his name. Heyningen sounds a lot like Heineken, thus the comments above in Discussion 49 that his name was Heineken.
THE PHONE CALLS - TWO OF THEM
I've heard information that Natalee called a fellow student in the Mountain Brook group. He was the only one who had a cell phone that was set up for international conversation. I believe she said something like "I don't know these people." I have no clue why she would have called the Mountain Brook boy in the middle of the night. And if she had been drugged, I don't know how she could remember by heart the boys #.
It is speculated that Natalee made another call from the Van der Sloot's house based on the theory that the Kalpoes dropped Natalee and Joran at Joran's apartment. She called her home number (not from her cell phone as it was still with her things at the Holiday Inn) and Jug was upstairs sleeping and let the answering machine take the call. It makes perfect sense that even if she were drugged, she would remember her home #. She did NOT call Beth's cell phone. When the call was played back, Beth heard unusual sounds in the background.
When the Twittys and Greta went to the VDS house, Beth recognized the same distinctive background noise she heard on her answering machine. That's when she knew the call from Natalee came from the VDS's house. The background noise came from the next house over. The neighbors went on vacation and left their "pet" monkey outside in the yard in a metal cage. The monkey was baking in the heat everyday in a hot metal cage and had not been fed or watered, thus the monkey was very upset and making noise - complaining and rattling the cage.
As far as I know, Beth is keeping that phone message on her machine and is not yet revealing it to the public. I know when she met up with Charles Croes (the cell phone guy - not the Tattoo DJ), he listened to the message over and over. Beth was trying to trace what cell phone in Aruba the call came from.
Back to the monkey, subsequently, Greta and crew went back to take care of the monkey. They brought food and fruit and turned on the water hose and cleaned out the monkey's dirty cage and sprayed him down to cool him off and they kind of adopted that monkey for the time they were there. Next, Greta wrote a lighthearted story about the monkey, I believe in order to document the fact the "monkey" noise was the same background noise Beth heard on her answering machine. Here is the link and here is the story Greta wrote on June 28, 2005.

Greta writes "And finally, a lighter note: If you are a regular reader of the blog, you are aware that we have been feeding a monkey in a cage in the yard next to the Van der Sloot home. The owners left town for two weeks and we were stunned at the lack of care for the monkey. We were told someone feeds the monkey daily, but we still felt sorry for the monkey. We take food from the buffet at the hotel and feed him (there is a picture posted today of the food we take from the buffet.) I took my video camera on Friday to the monkey's house so that I could video for you the monkey as we fed him. As the video will show you, I got punched by the monkey. I was shooting my handy-cam when the monkey came up, stuck his head in the lens (which made his head seem huge to me) and then belted me. He hit the camera and there is a loud thud and the camera spills. I was crouched down and so he got me when I was not particularly balanced on my feet... I backed up as he hit the camera (he startled me) and caught my foot in the dirt and eventually fell. As luck would have it, not only do we have my video of the monkey punching me, but our professional cameraman was with it and got a different angle. He got the monkey's arm coming out and he got me tumbling looking stupid, very stupid. I fell back on my left wrist and we drove around Friday with ice on my wrist. All is well: My wrist is fine, my pride is a bit bruised (I look stupid falling over but I can laugh at myself.) I still love the monkey and I don't blame him. I would not want someone coming up to me and sticking a handy-cam in my face! And yes, as soon as I finish this blog, I am going back to feed him."
I look forward to the day when all the information will fall into place and make perfect sense and we will find out what happened to Natalee.
All my best, Louise Vargas
Absolutely! You will always be the queen! :-)
