The media and Libs have gotten so wacky on Gitmo that at first I misread the headline and thought it said they would not punish the 'Chef'. I thought there was perhaps some big democrat investigation of the sou chef. Perhaps the fish served the prisoners was cold or herbs used in the chicken were not fresh; something very 'serious' into which the Dems could sink their teeth, so to speak.
