I don't think Rove's "reputation" really is suffering any harm. What is he known for? Packaging candidates to win elections, good electoral strategy. How is that damaged? It isn't. He laughs all the way to the bank.

Bush isn't damaged, because it isn't going to touch him in any way, shape, or form.

Who is damaged? The MSM. Once again, they show themselves to be utterly incompetent at spotting real news and reporting real facts. If there WAS anything in the Rove story, it is their job to FIND THE EVIDENCE---which starts at the NY Times. But they really don't want to go there.
