tac battlefield nuke artillary shells are what worried my acquaintence....who was involved years ago overseeing the nuclear arms reduction process in the old USSR for the US.
Does anyone seriously believe that weapons like these, in the quantities produced, over the decades and regeme changes, WOULDN'T fall into the wrong hands? It's not like nuclear experts capable of servicing these devices are on every street corner, but they are not non-existant either.
I put little stock in this story, but just the slim chance it could be true is sickening.
