The Threat Matrix

The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.

"Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix."

We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research.

A random thought.

How would you know if the badge was from your town?

It has been several years since I had a look at the local
patches on our officers.

I would have State and County here, but there are all the federal departments too.

Memory play tricks, the California Flag was what I saw for
30 years. Now 35 years since I left, I see it on some freepers homepage and think it is still my flag....LOL

I don't know how many times I accepted it as the Arizona flag, which I rarely see. A rising sun I think.

Most of us will say "yes sir" to any badge submitted to us.

Four airmen, two from each plane, are missing. The Air Force said all aircraft, aside from those involved in the search operation, have been grounded until investigations are complete. Ten other planes were also on missions around the time of the crashes. Weather conditions were not problematic, according to a South Korean Air Force official. The four lost airmen included three lieutenant colonels and a captain, who were all known to have had extensive flight experience. Just before the incident, communication between the planes and control center was broken off, the Air Force spokesman said. The planes also disappeared from radar. The airmen were last heard stating their intended engagement of identified targets as part of the exercise. The crews were operating with night vision goggles, attacking supposed enemy naval vessels attempting to infiltrate coastal areas. North Korean ships attempted to infiltrate South Korean coastal areas in both the Yellow and South seas in 1998. South Korean and U.S. forces undertook a search operation for the missing pilots and their aircraft. So far, debris from one of the jets and fragments of an airman's uniform have been recovered in the South Sea. Traces of oil were also found in the Yellow Sea, where officials believe one of the jets plunged into the water. The South Korean Air Force is reviewing flight and communication records from Wednesday night. They are also looking into potential malfunction of the aircraft. The pilots were flying F-4E and F-5F aircraft, which were manufactured 35 and 22 years ago, respectively. Both planes were brought into service for the South Korean Air Force during the 1970s and 1980s. The last of the F-4E jets were manufactured in the United States in October 1979 by McDonnell Douglas and were delivered to South Korea. The F-5F that crashed Wednesday night was produced in South Korea under a license. An estimated 35 percent of South Korea's 500 fighter planes have been in service for over three decades, while another 31 percent have been in service between 20 and 30 years. The South Korean Air Force is expected to receive a fresh shipment of 40 F-15K fighter planes from Boeing by 2008, according to the aerospace company. This is the right post to attach what I learned from
Dr. Bill Wattenberg tonight. (kgo.com)

He still says that it is not a matter of will we be hit by a nuclear or dirty bomb, but it is a matter of when we will be hit.

He does not have a lot of faith in the Suitcase nuclear bombs, or is not impressed with the 20 to 40 said to be here in the states.

He says it is so much easier to build a larger nuclear bomb,that he does not expect it to be a suitcase bomb.

He has said before and talked of it again tonight, that the parts needed for the bombs will be brought into the US, in
the unchecked shipping containers that come in by ship, plane and truck.

He did not deny that there were 20 bombs already here, but felt they could be built from scratch much easier.

He had a couple of other thoughts that are worth repeating.

A couple weeks ago there was talk about the Utah boy who was lost for several days on a camping trip.

a caller suggested that the Search and Rescue invest $40.00 in the super light that is sold now, 40 million watts of light, puts it in the class of a search light and it would
be easy for a person to see, and head in that direction.

It plugs into the cigarette lighter or has a battery.

Another suggestion, is that all campers carry one of the small laser lights, he says that a helicopter can see it in the air.

Also on KGO radio news about midnight, a truck/car accident,
caused by a car that left the scene........3 people dead and the police want to find the person who caused the accident.

No any idea, really.

My own guesstimates, speculations--just felt quite serious when I read it and interesting that I'd felt a very definite urge to check the computer rather than go back to sleep after my bladder break.

Soooo, I personally wondered if it weren't a rush of terror cells crossing and/or more nukes coming in.

But, in my experience, the more truly prophetic people by Holy Spirit that I have had the most experience with and who have been the most accurate speaking into my life--tend to be no name people--often washer-women or other individuals of low status in life. They tend to avoid being known and may not even be that free or bold about their full names. I don't know this person's name nor whether they are male or female. I just trust Meri's discernment and approval tons.

My mutual friend with the prophetic person is Meri. I trust her judgment and discernment about such people tons. She knows lots of the biggies and lots of lesser knowns and tends to be rather dismissive of most.

In my experience, the no name, low status, humble, quiet sorts are the most accurate, most humble, most Christ-like. I am guessing this person is one of those.

I would not even ask their name unless I felt a great God-pressed need to do so. I don't even know if they are male or female.

I do know that the person has to be someone who is utterly sold out to Jesus The Christ and walking intimately with Him and His Spirit. They are NOT 'psychic.' They have been filled with Holy Spirit and been broken and humbled and cleansed sufficiently to hear more accurately than most of us. And, evidently, this person is also called to the giftings and office of a prophet/ess.

You can read I Cor 12 and 14 about such gifts.

I would be fairly certain that the person does not have a website but I don't know for sure. Some do. The ones I most tend to respect are quiet, in the background, unknown and work to stay that way.

Okay now i see the length of the source.

And I am in total agreement with you also. The good ones are the ones that are hard to find, out of the way. I'm very spiritual btw. Overseas, a friend of mine (two girls) wanted to see one because she was very concerned about a relatives health.

Anyways to find this person, we basically had to walk down all the backroads, there is no sign or advertisement around. I wasn't allowed to be with the girls (Or in at all for that matter, wasn't expecting it) so I sat with her husband doing work on a roof and he offered me turkish coffee.

Then i got a surprise, she gave me a reading!

She told me 3 distinct things that nobody especially her and her daughters on the other side of town (And the other two hadnt collaborated) and she knew there were 3 girls in my life at the time, what each one was out for, she knew about my landlords VERY bad knee who'd only been with for perhaps 2 months. The toucher was the small orange mark my cat has under her neck. I didn't even realize it was there until i looked later.

Very freaky, and last nights msg could be a day or two off, no?

A proper medium's prediction/warning will put me on alert more than eom or daleel or the "WHEN IS THE NEXT HITTING< TODAY OR A TUESDAY" sh!t.

Jul 17, 2005 11:20 am US/Eastern LONDON (CBS) In a country where not all the police carry weapons, elite sniper squads now have shoot-to-kill orders, if there's intelligence that a terror suspect might have a bomb, and he refuses to surrender when challenged by police.

That's according to the Times of London, which reported Sunday that the special units are tracking as many as 12 suspects with ties to al Qaeda. The paper said Scotland Yard is worried those people could be planning more suicide attacks, but there isn't enough evidence to justify arresting, or even detaining them.

That may have been the case a year ago, reports CBS News Correspondent Steve Holt, when Britain's domestic spy agency MI5 checked out Mohammad Sidique Khan, one of the July 7 bombers. At the time, investigators decided he wasn't a threat to national security, and stopped tracking him.
