Logan Darrow Clements, the man behind the movement to seize U.S. Supreme Court Justice David Souter's New Hampshire home through eminent domain will be the guest today on "Joseph Farah's WorldNetDaily RadioActive," the nationally syndicated talk program.
Clements will announce the latest developments to turn the tables on one of the justices behind the court's Kelo decision that permits local municipalities to use eminent domain to take homes and businesses away from owners and give them to private developers in an effort to increase the tax base.

I wish this person all the luck in the world; about time someone stands up and does something, whether it be right or wrong, at least he's doing something....
Souter lives in a much larger home than we do and pays about half as much in taxes.
Sounds like a perfect target for an eminent domain takeover for increased tax revenues.

All for the good of the community, doncha know!
Thank you....writing encourgment emails as we speak...
I don't think we get Farah's radio program here. How about giving us a wrap up after you hear it?
Wasn't it The Former Twelfth Lady herself who once spoke of making monetary "sacrifices" for "the greater good"?
If he builds it--they will come--feild of dreams Souter-booter.HOOO RAH
I m not sure I can because I use Webtv not a real computer but I'll check. Thanks.
His house should be seized, it is the law.
I'm not sure how much of the show I will hear as I will be out for awhile.I will try to listen to as much as possible. Let me know if you can listen.
I went to the links you provided but I could not connect. Webtv is primitive. I'll check my Houston radio stations to see if he does broadcast here.

Has NH ever applied eminent domain in transferring property from one private owner to another? I doubt it, as it is still a very conservative state.
This guy ought to put together a limited partnership and sell shares...

New Hampshire is NOT a conservative State.
It is slightly libertarian (lower-case "l"), but definitely not conservative.
NH went for Kerry in the last election. Even my town, which is very rural with a population less than 1000, went for Kerry.
We got a commiecrat governor elected along with the kerry sweep of NH, and his appointee to the Dept. of Education is raising havoc with homeschoolers.
A couple of years back, the NH Supreme Court was able to find a "right" to state-funded education in our state constitution that has been hidden from human eyes for 220 years.
Amazing.
In their ruling, the NH Clown Court said that the state was required to provide "fair funding" for an "adequate education".
"Fair Funding" is a euphemism for sales and/or income taxes.
"Adequate Education" is a loophole for an infinte series of litigation to follow.
New Hampshire is NOT conservative.
