Bought property in the Grand Junction, CO area (western slope) awhile back. Maybe I'll get lucky and they'll discover natural gas on the property. This same area had a strong surge of oil shale development back in the '80's. Oil prices didn't remain high enough to sustain the exploration and development of these resources ... however, that situation is now reversing itself.
