Because most undocumented immigrants don’t have a credit history, the bank decided to consider utility, rent and overseas-remittance receipts in assessing their creditworthiness. A letter from a pastor was also welcome.

If a lending institution requires an American to supply additional ID or documents in order to secure a mortgage, then that financial institution could leave themselves open to a discrimination lawsuit.

Posting essays from anti-people and anti-growth advocates are not welcome here.

What do you mean by "anti-people"?

The looney author of the unwelcomed essay everyone is cooing over has stated that "overpopulation will be the Adolf Hilter of the 21st Century, and who wouldn't want to stop Hitler?" Maybe those who agree with him should . . . move on . . . to some anti-people and anti-capitalist forum instead.

Your tax dollars and mine at work - against us.

Just as when we fund the bureaocrats who support the morally bankrupt philosophy of "Affirmative Action".

Irregardless is a redundancy and is not considered proper speech.

It was so appropriate, it's not there anymore! Leftist writers are welcome on other forums.

Ownership of private property

So whose country is it, if not the citizens?

Are you OK with say, the Communist Chinese government buying up massive amounts of land in the U.S.?

If you're OK with that, how bout Bin Laden? He's got about 300 mil. He could buy up some major commercial landscape with that. The cash flow could fund some serious fun for him.

Whose country is it, if illegal aliens can "own" land? The citizens or the foreigners?

This is not the ONLY way illegal aliens are buying houses. They are also:

1. Saving up money to buy a house for CASH. (When you have the number of adults working in a 3-4 family household, you're going to have disposable income and LOTS of it.)

2. Buying the house in the name of a friend/relative who has legal status. (MANY illegal aliens are working well-paying jobs in construction, oil fields, manufacturing, etc. that Americans would LOVE to have. They then get legal residence family members or friends to secure the loan for a home. Once into a job setting, they set up groups that control WHO gets into those jobs much like Americans have controlled who gets in auto manufacturing, big utilities, etc. -- they're doing the same thing Americans do in certain sectors.)

I am just about done with all of this. Those of you who know me and my posts through the years know that I have accurately documented the raping of this nation by illegal aliens. I'm tired, poor and have little hope of ever bettering myself. The government wants them here for economic, political and God-knows-what reasons and intends for them to stay and keep coming. Not ONE of you on here has the influence or power to stop it so quit trying. All you are going to do is get into some major trouble.

Not to worry, they're just taking loans that Americans won't take.

What are you talking about? The Governor of Colorado is a leftist anti-growth advocate? The problem is that you don't agree with his speech. We've all just about given up trying to 'splain this particular issue to you, CD.

One person may not have the power or influence to stop the illegals, BUT all of us together do.

No, that's not an individual, that's a government.

If you're OK with that, how bout Bin Laden?

Sure. Then we can confiscate it when we arrest him.

Whose country is it, if illegal aliens can "own" land? The citizens or the foreigners?

If they are willing to buy land here and build on it, work here and spend their money here and live here, I think they should have citizenship. Those are the kind we WANT here, the ones who want to take part in our society, not simply use it as a big ATM to funnel money back into some other country.
