Terrorism pays. The Palestinians have been given enough aid and money to reach the moon. After they establish their 'country', they'll run it into the ground, so the US and allies will continue bail them out until the cows come home. (And Israel will be blamed.) God only knows what Britain will or can do with 1.8 million Muslims now in London. The mind boggles.
If it's a false alarm, better safe than sorry. If it's real, well then the police did their job and intercepted it. Any which way you look at it, another big failure for Al Qaeda.
