I've lived in Maryalnd all my life. Since when has Maryland ever prosecuted "gun charges"? And when is illegal to own 1000 rounds of 7.62?

I have close to that amount in 5.56 for my BushMaster Carbine. Not to mention food for my twelve gauge, .45, .38, .22 and Walther P-38.

I was clearly ahead until the $1200 cash was mentioned. What possible legal use could such a person have for so much cash?

What is interesting is that this guy is now charged with "gun charges" because he was previously convicted of "gun charges". The article completely omits any mention of true criminality that would justify infringing his right to keep and bear arms.

3 handguns.. check! just got number 4 a few weeks ago
mossberg shotty.. check! remmington 870 here. also got a stevens double.
34 handgun mags.. not quite, i'm somewhere in the 20s if i count speed loaders for my revolvers. got a whole bunch of AR mags.
then i have high power rifles (.30-06, .303 brit)
varmint rifle (.223)
.22lr rifle
evil .50 cal (heh.. muzzle loader)
have a red dot on my shotgun.

a box of over 1000 shot gun shells
and if i don't have at least 5,000 rounds of ammo i'd be surprized.
