Hey I didn't know Jay was a Vassarian (or a Vassho.... I'll spare you my favorite pet name)!
Jay used to substitue for Bob Grant on occasion years ago and I used to enjoy his insight. I hear he has his own show now, but never heard it.
But no, I was only in touch with current student penpals. They were very funny: all during election week and post election they would email me antics that the student body was up to, and laughing at them. Good young people, I'd say! :-)
PS: I'm vacationing in NYC to see family/friends and I'm dying here! Las Vegas at 115 degrees is much, much better than Manhattantwon this week! UGH! I leave the casa and I'm soaked!
Yes, I just got back from sunny and dry California. This soupy weather is disgusting.
