I'm saying I haven't seen a poll, from any source, that says the majority of Americans now support the Iraq invasion. Have you? If you're going to say that polling is a worthless science, you'll get an argument from every successful politician and marketing exec in the country. In fact, it was precisely because the polls show support for the Iraq invasion waning, that Bush made his televised address a couple weeks ago. The White House accepts that polls have some validity -- especially when they all point a particular way on a particular issue, as they do on Iraq.
"I'm saying I haven't seen a poll, from any source, that says the majority of Americans now support the Iraq invasion."
That is so laughable that it should be preserved for posterity.
You just HAVE to move the goal posts when it suits you, don't you?
You made the claim that "MOST" Americans DO NOT support the war.
Now you are claiming that you are asking for proof of support FOR the war.
So which is it?
Are you trying to claim that your post really meant that you're looking for proof of support for the war or are you looking for proof of majority against the war?
If you can't keep it straight, don't make the claims.
You made the claim that most Americans do NOT support the war.
And you were asked for proof.
You cited 'polls' without showing any.
You still have yet to show any.
