The war on terror goes on. I was most impressed by the resolve of all the leaders in the room. Their resolve is as strong as my resolve.HUH??
I understand Dubya hurt himself bike-riding....
Did he bang his head that badly?

Thanks for the fast post of the President's remarks! No, the contrast between people who honor God's creation and those who would destoy it could NOT be clearer.
Al-Qaeda picked on OUR friends and ally, and they will be sorry they did so; we have NOT forgotten our 9-11!

We either declare war on islam, wherever it exists, or we face the certainty of reading similar statements for decades to come.

Kill them all! The world will not be safe until these bloodthirsty beasts are expunged from the face of the Earth.

Now, now - he's too busy with matters far more pressing than stopping a massive invasion of illegal aliens and potential terrorists through our Southern border.

This shows it is finally time to stop pussyfooting around the issue and actually start the fullscale War on terror. While the 'rats have their heads in the air, we need boots on the ground and guns in our hands to kill these murderous monsters. First it was New York, now London. Where could be next?

I agree.
National leaders, like children, can benefit from being presented with high expectations for their future good behavior. Treat someone like a gentleman, or a lady, or a brave and stalwart warrior, and they frequently will be motivated to behave like one. Those who don't respond to the high expectations can be dealt with in other ways later, but it's always a good approach to try first.
To: smoothsailing
I haven't heard about that. 5,000 more agents won't matter if there's no policy to act.

And I disagree with GW's statement that, "We will find them, we will bring them to justice", unless 'justice' is strictly defined as killing them.

Speaking of illegals, what in the world was that big doofus Vicente Fox doing at the G8? Since when is Mexico one of the world's major economies? The illegals can't be sending home THAT many US dollars.

Painting France and Germany into a corner on Iraq. This should be the end of their idiocy on that account. He's also getting ready for the inevitably bombing and invasion of Iran.
We won't have the same problems with insurgents in Iran that we did in Iraq. Most people over there have had it with the Mullahs.

Yes, and I must admit that what went through my mind was: "If something terrible like this happened and Hitlery was President, would any of us feel safe or confident when she stepped up to the microphone to screech out her nonsense?" The answer is a firm, "NO"
