I would say it's time to fire up the nukes, personally. Good point... It's time to say to the Saudis and Pakis, and all the rest who support, either openly or covertly, islamic terrorists, "Either you clean up your house, and put an end to this, or we'll do it. And we won't be making any distinction between 'good' muslims and 'bad' muslims. We can't tell the difference, so it will be up to you. You've got 24 hours to decide."

I have said many times in the past that those who believe the Crusades were simply a rush to eliminate Muslims indiscriminately have no idea of history. Many years of mild attempts to deal with their warring behavior preceded the final frustration and the admonition (paraphrased) "Kill them all, and let God sort them out"...
