It was C. This is a huge attack on several places at the same time, and there was no warning. This indicates that it´s not the IRA or other N Irish groups. Anarchists want to hurt the state and its representatives - not the people. It´s definitely the Islamic terrorism.
And OBL didn't admit 9/11 until much later and many Arabs blamed the Juice for crashing the planes into the WTC. I figure the same MO will apply here.
