Just an old Aussie expression of asking for a fair go.
Could also read, "Fair suck of the sauce bottle"...
Alright then. I learned something new today.
You guys have some of the greatest expressions!!!!
I love the one "Good on ya!" (Can be used as a compliment or curse???)
I used to work with a very attractive Aussie woman in a hospital...we were standing on either side of a patient, moving her up in her bed, and I said "Move your fanny up here" to the patient, when I noticed my Aussie co-worker's hand went up to her mouth, vertical fingers just touching it, and her very fair complexion turned very red as she looked at me. I did one of those "What? What did I do?" routines, and she told me "fanny" meant something different in Australia! I was left to work it out for myself...
Had to get an Aussie professor at a local university to explain to me who "Nifty's Boyos" were though . . .
