Intelligence, work ethics and connections are what makes law firms successful, not skin color. If Wal-Mart wants to try and change the rules for everyone and make it all about skin, they will suffer the consequences. I can't wait for Wal-Mart or any other company to let their million dollar law suits ride on skin color rather than smarts.
