Intelligence, work ethics and connections are what makes law firms successful, not skin color. If Wal-Mart wants to try and change the rules for everyone and make it all about skin, they will suffer the consequences. I can't wait for Wal-Mart or any other company to let their million dollar law suits ride on skin color rather than smarts. Wal-mart s the largest corporation in the world and grew that large in a short period of time. They made it there without your advise. The way your talking it sounds like your assuming all women and people of color are stupid. Believe me, I don't like the numbers game when it come to hiring people, I just think its funny that the law firms, who by the way 99.9% vote democrat, are going to get a taste of their own medicine.
