No, according to Apple. They have no plans to license OSX. You'd still have to buy a Mac to run it.Dell has talked about giving buyers the option to have OSX loaded on their Dell systems.
I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Michael Dell said he would personally like to offer OS X in the event that Apple makes it cross-platform. The company did not say they'd sell OS X, and Apple's stance is that OS X is a Mac-exclusive OS.
