"GM is excluding the Corvette as well. So it is not just Ford."

This is to be expected. Their idea is to sell cars that aren't selling. People already want Corvettes and Mustangs.

This disgusts me.

But I love Fords. Every Ford I've bought's been a very reliable high quality vehicle.

But this gay agenda crap has got me seriously thinking about switching.

People who can afford Coprvettes and Mustangs dont need a price cut , its the guy who needs an escort to save on gas and get to work who needs a price cut.

As for me it doesnt matter if they cut an overpriced $35,000 dollar car to $20,000 I still havent got the 20 K.

Same here. I wish I'd of known about their gay agenda backing. I just bought an F-150 and have always been happy with their vehicles.

Then I wonder why GM has the Cadillac XLR (which has an MSRP of $76,650) on sale. I still think that the Vette and the Mustange are excluded due to demand.

Nope.. The new Mustang does indeed look nice but people in Houston are paying 2k premiums on Mustangs. I just bought one of these: Bought one with a spoiler and metallic grey with tinted windows. Yes it's not a sports car but it does have a nice V6 with 240hp and is a very nice ride.

I'll bet you have already attracted a mate though.

I'm also working on the theory that any small design flaws will be ironed out. (No evidence for this, it's just my weird hunch.)

Alot of people subscribe to that same theory. I'm waiting for the same reasons you are - that and the fact that my '93 Thunderbird just won't die (160k miles on it, and I'm a textbook example of how not to treat a car!). I may as well drive it as long as I can and save the money.

"What customers were attracted to was not having to deal with weasel maggot slimebag sales people trying to pork them on price."

In my case, that is exactly correct. When I bought my last vehicle (Ford Ranger 4x4), I bought it from a one price dealer. No dickering.

My wife recently bought a new car. It was a Scion XB, made by Toyota. All Scions are sold at sticker price. The dealers aren't even allowed to make more than one offer on the trade-in. You can look up the price on the internet and that's what it will say on the sticker.

They still sold more trucks than anything else. This is surprising to me considering the price of gas. It makes me want to cry sometimes when I fill up.

Makes you wonder, with the Mustang selling to well, why the hell couldn't GM build a Camaro/Firebird to compete.

They just killed off the entire line.

Even Chrysler saw the potential, just look at the Magnum and the new Charger.

I love the Mustang and was even going to buy one in the next few years, but no way now. Not until Ford stops catering to the homosexual agenda.

Many corporations have been buckling under homo-activist pressure. So let them be totally supported by the perverts and see how long their companies last.

No wonder Ford's sales are in the toilet.
