The Demonrats are employing a religious test for sitting on the Supreme Court in clear violation of our Constitution.
I do believe the roots of the tree of Liberty have become a might parched.

Agreed - but the insightful voters of my great State re-elected her just last year. Funny thing is that Babs never mentions the 500,000 minimum (slightly younger) women that die annually from abortion as it is now.
To: West Coast Conservative
"It means a minimum of 5,000 women a year will die."As opposed to their preferred outcome - hundreds of thousands of dead babies.

The Tree of Liberty died a couple weeks ago with the Kelo decision, although there are a few surviving cuttings that were scavenged from it. Somewhere.

Luckily, we still have recourse left to us in the political arena. If we get another Souter appointed to the SCOTUS, I will never vote GOP again.

A million plus at current rates.

"It means a minimum of 5,000 women a year will die. So all options are on the table,"This of course is utter BS.

threat to legalized abortion an "extraordinary circumstance." The only "extraordinary circumstance" is that this bimbo is a sitting U.S. Senator

Babs is an idiot.Idiot? I say she's stupid. I cannot believe how incredibly stupid. I mean rock-hard stupid. Dehydrated-rock-hard stupid. Stupid, so stupid it goes way beyond the stupid we know into a whole different dimension of stupid.
She is trans-stupid stupid. Meta-stupid. Stupid collapsed on itself so far that even the neutrons have collapsed. Stupid gotten so dense that no intellect can escape. Singularity stupid. Blazing hot mid-day sun on Mercury stupid. More stupid in one second than our entire galaxy emits in a year.
Quasar stupid.
Nothing in our universe can really be this stupid. Perhaps this is some primordial fragment from the original big bang of stupid. Some pure essence of a stupid so uncontaminated by anything else as to be beyond the laws of physics that we know.
I'm sorry. I can't go on. This is an epiphany of stupid for me.

No, Bush is likely to stick it to us conservatives by appointing a moderate, like Gonzales. I have absolutely zero confidence in Bush, as his conservative bona fides are non-existant.
