He's gonna send you a bill for breaking it?
I'd tell the idiot to blow it our his ear
Thanks BG...I'm getting pretty tired of this string of bad luck.
BTW...I'm getting baptised Sunday. My kids are really excited about that!
Hang tough girl, hang tough. Remember Job. You have a lot of people praying for you.
You know her so well .. *L*
Hey there WVNan .. how's it going?
Well, there ya go! You keep remembering what God said. "The battle is not yours. Be still and know that I am God." I'm so happy about your baptism. May God bless you in a mighty way.
I had just bought a new pump and metal float for it too...the pump was $30, the float was almost $10. This whole week is forcasted to be in the 90s.
My daughters doctor said to keep her cool because she has fifths disease...that will keep getting worse and worse if she isn't kept cool.
Going pretty good Mo. Into a string of funerals right now, which is always hard. They happen in bunches. Strange, buried a 100 year old man Fri. and this Fri will bury a two week old baby boy. Then there is hubby's uncle who is on his deathbed.
Are we talking about an air conditioner here?
I know there are lots who are praying for me...I guess I just need to let God do what he is going to, and accept it for his will. That's really hard to do though when your babies are sick!
A swamp (evaporative) cooler. Like an air conditioner, but it soaks pads and the fan uses the wet pads to make the air it blows cooler. As dry as it is here, that is the only thing that will cool properly.
Do you have a basement?
When we were kids and on really hot summer days, Mom would have us sleep down there because it was the coolest place in the house
You mean they can't use air conditioners in Colo.? First time I've heard that.
I live in a trailer...no basement.
And, unfortunately you can only spend so many hours at walmart before you have to go home!
Thanks to everyone who gives. I can only afford to give a modest amount, since I'm a retiree. But everyone's contribution helps.
