what an unforgiveably ugly loser! Looks like he fell off the top'o the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down face first.I hope he didn't pay a lot for that haircut. Those dark circles around his eyes give him sort of an Uncle Fester look.

Now, since not a penny was charged, he'll avoid prison time. Not true, trust me I know. You don't need to use the info to go to prison.

I seem to recall this was an activity in an old Paul Neuman movie.

It happens because skill and intelligence are two different things.

I'm sorry, I wasn't clear. Sure the possibility exists that he'll go to prison. However, since no actual financial damage was done, the chances of probation just skyrocketed.

Hopefully he spends a LONG time in the pokey for his behavior, and has a long time to think about it.

Well, well, well. A liberal criminal will spend some well-deserved time in jail.
Why isn't this in breaking news with a banner headline? This should be broadly known.

Techno Terrorists should be held at Gitmo until the end of the War on Terror, per the rules of war.

I actually posted a link to the relevant article on my state locale.
Hopefully, Jeremy will get lot's of "fan mail" in response to all of this well-deserved publicity.

If you wish to put it that way.....or perhaps you'd prefer "crafty idiot", "masterful moron" or "adept a$$hole".

However, since no actual financial damage was done, the chances of probation just skyrocketed. I'd suggest just the opposite - if the prosecutors and judge look at his rap sheet (and no doubt they will), they'll see he was previously arrested for resisting arrest, etc. See the links posted above.

Shades of Lyndon LaRouche, although he merely defrauded his actual contributors, if memory serves, or perhaps stole the old fashioned way, using a boilerplant operation of phone banks. Thanks Dubs, for the ping.
I'm thinkin', no white collar prison for these a-holes. Send them to the Don't-Drop-the-Soap university for a real education.
