Senator dick durbin will be out first thing tomorrow morning flanked by his fellow dems, kennedy, kerry, pelosi, reid, and the like. And they will be running to all the morning TV shows blasting our troops!

"Did you see this!" durbin will shout! These American troops are swimming in the cool water's of that pool and it should be the terrorists who are given the luxury of swimming in the cool water's of that pool!!" And then he will say, "Anybody see this will think that was being done by the nazi's or stalin or pole pot!"

And as the big tears stream down his face, he chokes up and say's, "If anyone misunderstands what I just said, I'm sorry that they didn't understand what I said and if they didn't understand what I said it's because of the right wing media!"

I spent my first six months at Camp Victory early in '04. We were a lean and mean camp back then, although I used to go to church services over there at Victory Palace.

But, I have finally achieved poolside status after being in country well over a year. ;-)

If I were a spouse at home, I'd be delighted to see my other half getting a nice break from the daily grind of this war.

Our troops here deserve at least that.

I have finally achieved poolside status after being in country well over a year.

I have been in country for 50 years, and I had to buy a pool key from the management company for $25!
