CHARLES CITY, IA — A Charles City home was searched today in the case of Evelyn Miller, a 5-year-old rural Floyd girl missing from her home since Friday morning.
Law enforcement authorities conducted a "criminal investigation" with a search warrant at 311 Ninth Ave., according to a Floyd County Sheriff Department news release.
Authorities reported Marge Maser, Randy Patrie and Dan Stick live at that address.

I don't know if the two brothers are guilty, but the fact that they were in on the lie mitigates against their innocence. Regarding Joran, there is not a doubt in my mind he is guilty of murder.

Prosecutor is going to appeal the decision made by the judge's regarding the Kalpoes, as well the defence is going to appeal the judge's decision regarding Joran.

They just mentioned on Greta that there are witnesses. It might even be the two brothers. Witnesses they may be called are the Kalpoes, PVDS, Charles Croes.

Here is my theory: Joran Van Sloot accidently killed Natalee Hollaway and the Kalpoe brothers were present when it happened. Knowing Van Sloot's track record, he was obviously expecting a one-night-stand. Possibly put Extasy in her drink and she had a fatal reaction, or perhaps they got into a scuffle when he made a pass at her and he fatally injured her. Then the three panicked and disposed of her body, then concocted a lie to cover it up.

For the life of me I cannot see what infrared equipment on the planes will see. After 30 days all heat from the body will be long gone.
