Has it ever been determined where the other sons were? The mother was out of the country. Joran had exams at school the following day. Which makes me wonder if the other two boys had exams the next day, too? Anyone know if they go to school year round, or if they get a 'summer break'?
Incredible.
So could their clothes.
Over the week-end local authorities decided to start talking to some members of the family and amongst others decided to talk to Natalees father. He became very furious about this and at certain moment decided to leave the table and abandon the police precinct. He did not agree with the form in which he was attacked. As such the father refused to cooperate in answering questions that were put to him by the investigating team.
In the meantime we could hear and see on CNN how the step father, mr. Twitty, threatened to disclose damaging information if one or more of the suspects is released. He did not wish to say anything else but we can see here that this person has started to threaten the Aruba authorities and question the countrys judicial system. This is not acceptable.
For what the suspects in the USA are concerned we cannot qualify them otherwise we think the FBI has work to do to find out if they really wish to cooperate to bring this case to an end. By the way, on the FBI website Natalee Holloway does not appear as a missing person.

ORANJESTAD - The Investigation Team does not have any new evidence in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway.
The three suspects maintain their declaration and especially Joran van der Sloot maintains that he left Natalee on the beach near the Fishermans Huts and walked home, while Natalee told him that she would walk to the Holiday Inn.
There is a long existing pressure on the Investigation Team to change direction of the investigation and start looking to the other side to those closer to Natalee and interrogate the mother, father, step father, and ex boyfriend who was also in the group of students who came here to celebrate their graduation. At some point rumors wanted that the ex boyfriend did not leave Aruba as the immigration department did not register his departure however, according to American Airlines Jeremy Brown was on the flight back to the US on May 30.

LOL Now the poll is under the sidebar. Smokey back room is listed under the 'browse by forum'. Hope that helps.
Aruban Prime Minister saying he would like to see deep divers that can get to areas regualr divers can't. Our Navy may be getting involved. Per FNC.

Lying for a friend does cut it when dealing with folks like these. They know they are a protected species.
Lying for a friend makes perfect sense if you know the alternative may get you a Columbian necktie.
Natalee is/was 18 and a responsible adult.
I also think that it would be unfair to hold a 'driver' to a higher care/protection standard than the 'chaperones'. jmo
Easy. My post was to show that there were others complaining and that is wasn't about Geraldo and was getting more exposure. Some posts 'ADD' info and are not contained to a tiny little box.
Sorry you misunderstood. I didn't mean for you to take that as an admonishment. My comment was a jab at the thread police. Some long term followers of the thread are allowed to ask questions, while other long term followers are not and get chastised.
I was kidding with you and thought I included a wink in my post. May I didn't will have to go back and check.
My apologies for the misunderstanding.
Speaking of evidence. What about the vacumn cleaner bags? They did clean their vehicles. Too late for that, heh?
GretaWire is up on Fox. Only news is that she's hoping to inverview the Kalpoes. However, in light of the fact that the prosecutor is planning to appeal the decision to let them go, she's not very hopeful.
Ah--now I understand. (BTW, you used a :) smiley.) Misunderstanding cleared up. Thanx.

This is a STUNNING statement! While it is apparent that it is designed to take some heat from the aruban LE, it also gives credence to and dovetail with the cellphone call called to attention by Greta's interview with the cell provider in aruba who was in contact with the Twittys immediately upon their arrival......
VAN SUSTEREN: After you and Beth listened to that phone call several times and hung up with the person in the states, what did you do next?

Sunday morning at the site of the Aruba Hi-Winds at Fisherman's Huts, corporal Iwan Poel, in charge of the Korps Mariniers security-team-at-sea for this watersport event, was sitting on top of the Race Director's tower, looking out at sea, long before the organizers and participants were arriving. Scanning the sea, he spotted a small vessel going out to the open waters of the Palm Beach bay. He took his binoculars and was amazed to sea a green sea kayak, apparently without any occupant, drifting out at sea. Soon, it was no more than a little dot on the horizon. Poel called some of his man, set out one of the rescue boats and headed for the unidentified drifting object. When they arrived at the kayak, they were even more amazed to find a man lying in the kayak, sound asleep, a glass containing his drink clutched in his hand. They woke up the man and towed the kayak back to the beach. There they provided the man, a Colombian residing in Aruba, with some refreshing drinking water and gave him a little speech about drinking combined with managing a vessel, before the man got on his way back to were he set out from. By doing so, the attention of the representative of the Royal Dutch Marines spared Aruba another case of a missing person . . .
Lying speaks volumes concerning a person(s) true character, either as a criminal or human being. NSNR
