A Dartmouth business student is getting a lot of attention for a macabre new food product.
Tuck Business School student Mark Nuckols said he's doing a brisk business for "Hufu," a tofu product that's flavored to taste like human flesh. Nuckols says he got the idea for hufu while eating a soy-turkey sandwich and reading a book about cannibalism.

Excellent Twilight Zone episode.
BTW maybe Applebee's can hitchhike on this food product and serve a "Toe Faux" salad!!!

My God, even "Soylent Green" wasn't supposed to taste like humans. It tasted like chicken. Or was it frog?

Nuckols says he got the idea for hufu while eating a soy-turkey sandwich and reading a book about cannibalism. Question: if meat is so repulsive to these vegetarians, then why are there so many veggie substitutes for meat (veggie burgers, hot dogs, turkey, bacon, spare ribs, etc.)?
This kid is one sick little animal.

This kid is one sick little animal. Or one sharp marketing dude (or both).

It gives new meaning to the question, "I wonder what's eating him?".
No, make the question, "I wonder who's eating him?".

Ye gods.
How do they know what human flesh tastes like?
Who buys this stuff?
I hate the Internet.

Even Peta probably approves of this. The "socially responsible" cannibal.

When cattle eat beef, they get mad cow disease.
That's freaky.

I suppose human flesh tastes like chicken, but as a vegitarian how would he know what chicken tastes like? When the Aztecs were first had the opportunity to eat pork from pigs brought to the new world by Spaniards, they said it was almost as good as human flesh.

The fact that he's doing a land office business in "Hufu" grosses out more than the "Hufu" itself. Is it Halloween 365 days a year up there at Dartmouth?

The "socially responsible" cannibal. Maybe that's a course at Dartmouth "Ethically Responsible Cannibalism 101."

This is a hoot. A perfect parody if you ask me.
Mind you I'm not into cannibalism ;-)
