I'm still on vacation. Using my sister's slow pc. Will not be able to reply much today. Looks like the pending SCOTUS nomination is the topic this Sunday. Enjoy!!!!
To: Alas Babylon!
Meet the Press certainly has a "balanced" lineup. LOL
Duncan Hunter is going to be the sole sane voice on that panel.

Meet the Press will be on at 8am EDT because of Tennis.
Isn't it nice of the Peacock channel to present both sides of the SCOTUS battle...Liberal Democrats and RINO Liberal Republicans.

Darn it, I'll be on the road, and will miss what might be shaping up as the most hilarious line-up of idiots ever fielded for a Sunday.
Hope all FReepers have a safe and patriotic holiday weekend, and remember our president and our troops.

Okay, I just saved you three hours of your life. Go have a catch with your kids, light the barbecue or read a book. You won't hear anything but the talking points from the lefties (for a change.)

Morning AB and thanks again for the thread, even vacations cant stop the Sunday Morning Talk Show thread!
Looks like a pretty sad lineup, almost wish I went fishing today instead of yesterday, but not really. I guess the big question will be how much a of a rant the rats will do about picking a new justice.
Wanna bet no matter who GW picks......it'll be the wrong choice for the Socialist rats.

With Republican majorities in the House, Senate, governorships and the Presidency, Senator Kennedy will declaim as his "BS de Resistance" that Americans want Supreme Court justices who are mainstream libs.

Andrea Mitchell makes me miss Tim Russert. What a blatant liberal hack! She prefaces a question about interest groups already gearing up, and you assume for sure she'd talk about the left-wing groups and their mouthpiece, Ted Kennedy. Instead, the only reference she makes is to a conservative group, and holds up today's NY Times, echoing its point about such groups gearing up to support a conservative nominee and opposing Gonzales.
Then she virtually pleads with Leahy to support a filibuster should W nominate "a hard-liner," meaning presumably someone who supports the original intent of the Framers.

Good morning, AB. Wow, I'm late! I thought maybe MTP would be on early because of tennis, but, if so, it was reallllllly early.
I guess i will just have to settle for Fox, but I may have to hit mute for part of it.

Typical. The DNC directed media makes sure to load up the Sunday talk shows with reliable anti-administration mouthpieces and Republicans in name only fellow travelers. For a group that claims to "celebrate diversity" they sure are careful to make sure they only have one political viewpoint represented on their shows. The only difference between the Dinosaur Media and Talk Radio is that Talk Radio is at least honest about it having a point of view.
