Gov. Bill Clinton of Arkansas, a candidate for the Democratic presidential nomination, blamed senators of both parties for putting on a hearing "that reminded me of a trial where someone accuses someone else of a sexual offense and then an attempt is made to destroy the character of the victim."Does the name Paula Jones ring a bell?

The left would prefer to forget that Anita Hill was not working for Clarence Thomas when she related her sexual harrassment story to her friend.

Luttig worked with Sen David Boren and others to get that nomination through. Took Sen Boren a short time after Clinton took office to resign and become OU President where he managed to get Anita Hill to quit the OU Legal faculty. He never matched the money for the endowed chair donated by women's groups because of her hatchet job on Clarence Thomas. After he finally got her to resign, he returned the money -- no Anital Hill chair for OU. She left OU in a huff but it sure pleased me to no end.

The funny thing is even if the charges against Thomas were true, (and I don't think they were) they pale in comparison to what is known to be a fact about Clinton.
All those who defended Clinton should apologize to Thomas.

Among all the charges and counter charges surrounding the Thomas-Hill fight, did anyone else but me notice that there wasn't a single person who knew both of them who supported Hill? Every single witness who knew them both supported Thomas.
That clinched it for me that she was lying.
