SW--I just remember reading (somewhere here at FR a couple or more months ago) a Freeper post about a lot of meth-head gay guys living in the CDA area...not CDA but somewhere not far away. There's a name for them but I can't recall what it is. Kinda' far-fetched but maybe that's what attracted this Duncan character to the area...
My husband hijacked the TV for the Live8 concert....so I left for a while and went to the grocery store...

Generally, in cases similar to this, the suspect, if alone, will force one individual/victim, usually the weaker one, to tie or tape up the others first, while he holds the gun.
I do know that the ACLU is very protective of NAMBLA'S "civil rights" and goes crazy when someone hints that that organization has no "redeeming value" to our culture...
Therefore, I would assume that they will defend this creep's right to troll for children...

Offense Background: On January 24, 1980, in the City of Tacoma, Washington, Joseph E. Duncan, age 16, committed a burglary of a neighbor's home. Duncan stole four handguns and ammunition. That same evening Duncan abducted a 14 year-old boy. The boy had been walking in Duncan's neighborhood. Duncan sexually assaulted the boy two times at gun point. He was arrested shortly after the incident.
Duncan was transferred into adult court at the age of 17. There Duncan pleaded guilty to Rape in the First Degree for the abduction and sexual assault of the 14 year-old boy. Duncan was sentenced to 20 years in prison.
September 1994: Duncan was released on parole after serving 14 years in prison.
April 1997: Duncan was returned to prison for violating his parole.
July 14, 2000: Duncan was released from prison after completing his sentence. Duncan was released without parole or probation.
July 21, 2000: Duncan arrived in Fargo.
July 24, 2000: Duncan registered at the Fargo Police Department as a sex offender. The Fargo Police Department evaluated Duncan. Based on the history, profile, and the Minnesota Sex Offender Screening Tool-Revised score, Duncan was classified as a Level III sex offender.
September 27, 2000: The Fargo Police Department conducted a community notification. (Posted 10/2000)

These sick [people] always blame something. Michael Jackson performed joyfully in front of millions his whole childhood, with tremendous talent, and received great adoration and accolades from the world. Yet because he somehow missed T-ball and riding bikes, he should be allowed to sleep with other people's children for the rest of his life?
Get a grip, pedos, and RISE ABOVE the challenges in your life!! Frankly, I wonder if counseling anyone who has ALREADY abused a child is not actually doing more harm than good, by allowing them to think that they have any worth in society at all. Who cares how well you can sing, or program a computer? Molest one kid, go to the chair.

Also, this last week they had a blurb on Fox that supposedly the know for sure, that the little girl Jessica, in Florida was buried ALIVE in Florida....
I am glad I didn't know it back when the case was all over the news, because the visual of that, and the accompanying feelings are just suffocating...
THAT is the way this case if affecting me...
I have no problems with your correction and will raise you one: drop all but one appeal.
Most states aren't that good. You have to know the perp's name to do a search.
