Sen. Arlen Specter, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, said after visiting Rehnquist recently he didn't believe the chief justice was ready to retire. Like Rehnquist would even consider telling this RINO what his plans were.

The future of Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist, ailing with cancer and the focus of retirement speculation, is still up in the air. I would say that meeting his Maker is in the fairly near future, bless his heart.
