Maybe his buddy, Vicente Fox... will help fund this grandose ideas. Will they see the Los Angeles, Mexico signs pop up again. $ 140 million for trees???? surely they can find better ways to spend monies they don't have.
His communist beginnings and "La Raza" racism will burn this town down IMO.
