I wonder how much "overweight" are we talking about here?
According to my BMI, I'm "overweight" and wear a size 8 at 5'6". I was a zero, but heck, that's awfully hard to keep up.
Have you noticed that ever commecial for a diet product features someone who already looks fit and at an ideal weight? I'd hate to think that I had to spend the rest of my life popping pills in order to maintain some ideal weight.
I've gone from a size 3, 11 years ago to a size 10. I am aiming for size 6 eventually. I eat healthy and try to workout, but it's not easy to lose weight after having five children.

Heck, I drive by the local HS and it's getting hard to spot size 8's there. Darn shame I have to go home to my wife in order to see a woman with a good figure. /grin
You don't sound at all overweight. BMI is crap. It doesn't even take GENDER into account which is just ridiculous. My doctor said it works almost perfectly for a 5'3 small framed woman but outside those parameters it's garbage.
