Petition to email the 5 members of the New Hampshire town. Just click on 'take action now' in the upper right hand side.

This is now all over the MSM: CNN, yahoo, Boston Globe, Washington Post, LA times and hundreds of local papers have covered this.

A large number of conservative organizations are mounting a full frontal assault. Good!

Looked through some articles today, and I think this is a good one, like the link to email the 5 NH county governemtn board members.

What an absolutely dredful time for a Supreme Court Justice to pick to become the enemy of everyone in America on the right, the left, in between and to the nether regions.

He might as well pack it in and move to France while he can still buy a plane ticket.

It will be fun to see Souter argue in court why they shouldn't seize his home....that in itself will be worth the price of admission.

I'm signing the petition. I'd love to see a liberal actually reap the consequences of his actions.

Despite the fact that it was liberal judges that voted for it, most liberals are as appalled as conservatives about the ruling. Maybe this is one of the few issues where both ends of political spectrum share some common values. If that is true, this thing might work.

This is the little story that could. It's like a weed that keeps popping up.

Thanks. I was a bit frustrated when I first saw the story and had no way to contact and give a thumbs-up. I will split my sides laughing if this really goes through. But just being enough of a threat to alarm and embarass Souter will satisfy me immensely.

Any other "Supremes" who voted this way similarly vulnerable?

It surprises me how few FReepers know and use CapWiz. It is truly a kick butt site for activism of nearly any flavor.

If they want to see FedGov protect the Justice for real, they need to just keep on with this.

"Despite the fact that it was liberal judges that voted for it, most liberals are as appalled as conservatives about the ruling."

Why? (sarcasm) Remember, they are going to take things away from us for the good of everybody, or something like that. Now let's see, who was it that said that....?

I hope it works, but I'm sure Souter's friends will buy off the council people.

Souter won't argue, he'll whine instead.

My four-year old daughter has a bigger spine than he does.
