According to this Article eminent domain was used to acquire 13 acres of private property for the stadium. Bush also pushed for a tax hike for the stadium. No wonder he's kept a low profile on this issue.

The city of Arlington had an election and the tax increase passed by a very wide margin in an election with high turnout.

Yep...he's kept off the radar screen on this but who's out there for him already...Senator John Cornyn...that's his guy....after this ruling came down you can bet Bush was on the phone to Cornyn immediately and the bill was in the works 'bout as fast as it gets. That was ALL BUSH!!!
