Also, it's not just Miller and Cooper (and Novak, who has most likely cooperated). Tim Russert, for example, at first refused to testify and was threatened with contempt and then testified instead.

I'm sure there will be, and as I've speculated before, it might be that Wilson himself was the one who blabbed about his wife's CIA connection, not to Novak, but to some personal friend, and this information got in the gossip pipeline and eventually found its way to Novak's source.
