Fifty four aircraft and 78,000 ton carrier sounds awfully ambitious for a nation with no carrier aviation experience.
Now, 54 planes and 13 choppers on a 78,000 ton hull (unless it's a nuc boat) sounds like a floating gas can. That's not enough displacement to hold that many aircraft, their fuel and ordinance for anything approaching extended operations. It will, in effect, be an ASW platform with short range fighters for local defense.
I doubt very much that the Chinese have put much time or effort into UNREP to keep the thing at sea for very long.
