IIRC, Jayna Davis has 22 or 23 signed affadavits re: Al Hussaini.

Her affadavits were given to the FBI, who promptly lost them.

Oh yeah, the FBI never interviewed Al Hussaini either!

Did I leave anything out?

LOL.

Probably too much to mention. I started taking notes and it could have filled a book. And it did. Hah!

How many haven't been caught?

Between 15 and 20 million, last count.

I supposed it's not the fault of the Mexican government, the smugglers, or terrorists themselves?

If you were sleeping, and left the doors open to your house, and someone walked in and murdered and robbed you, would you not be at fault for failing to be safe and using common sense?

If you left your keys in your unlocked car, and it was stolen, would you blame yourself or the thief?

Were you being satirical here?

But, the left has been telling us for years now that the Iraqis are no danger to us all the way over here in the United States.

Oh great. Now we're at the mercy of the Mexicans to guard our border. Sad thing is, maybe they're doing it better.

Disclaimer: I refer-- as opposed to our government, not to the brave people who have volunteered to guard it out of necessity.

I would blame the criminal. I'd still be dead maybe but the blame would be placed on the correct person.

According to your analogy, it would be MY fault for getting killed because is was in my own locked house. Stupid!

The blame should be on the terrorists wanting to kill us. Nothing is 100% foolproof like you are assuming.
Yes, we should try to stop them but it is definitely NOT Bush's fault.

Now if we can only get the MSM to call them insurgents. Then we'll know the PR war has been won!

On two seperate flights within the last year - oh and several points in WDC (this spring) I've forgotten to check my little Swiss Army knife - 1 1/2" blade, screwdriver/nail file, scissors, tweezers and toothpick - think its called a "Commander" - tossed it into the tray with everything else and had all passed back to me - knife included. With my mustache I could pass for a young Saddam. Incompetence or common sense? I'm with my family and speak good English - having been born here! ;-)

double and triple fences (some concrete and steel), guard towers, flood lights infrared cameras, ground sensors, patrol roads, horse patrols, ATV patrols, 16 helicopters, fixed wing aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicles, trucks, and a ratio of 32 guards per mile.

What about electric fences? What about Guard Dogs that eat people? What about land mines in the "dead zone" between those two fences? What about rules of engagement that allow shoot-on-sight? What about moats with pirhana? What about moats with deadly electric shocks every minute?

All the guards and fencing in the world won't do any good if there's no CONSEQUENCE to being caught between the two fences. DEATH is a pretty fair consequence.

If those 32 guards per mile are hamstrung and unable to "do" anything to the people sneaking across, then what good is it? (And was that 32 guards around-the-clock? If so, that's 1 guard per 165 feet... But if it's 32 guards total, on 8-hour shifts, plus 2 days off per week, it's more like 1 on-duty guard per 700 feet.)

I have a first cousin who works for the government. In 1995 she was at a meeting in the Murrah Building just one day before it blew up. Luckily she was on her way home to MD when it happened.

I remember Cl!nt0n blaming talk radio and Rush in particular for OKC. His handling of the entire thing made me detest him. And how about when they had the memorial service, he was going up to every one of the family members who had lost someone with that absolutely fake empathetic expression? I actually imagined myself as one of those family members that were waiting to shake his hand, so that I could turn my back on him on national tv. I wish someone had done that, it would have made a heck of a newsbite.

It's just what you described that finally made me realize that Clinton wasn't just a lousy person. He was dangerous.
