How can one discuss the Iraq War removed from the events of September 11th? It would be like justifying the Normandy invasion in the absence of Pearl Harbor!

if we had not gone into Iraq after 911 we would all be waiting for an attack with the WMDs that the whole world "knew" he had. and the dems would be screaming at Bush for NOT going into Iraq.

Great point! It's a good thing that the 9-11 commission wasn't around during WWII or they would have stated publically that "There is no link between Nazi Germany and the attack on Pearl Harbor".
